Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other stains
- With all original tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimates and swimwear
- Accessories (jewelry, scarves, hats)
- Skincare and beauty products
- Sale or discounted items
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at jwanda194@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jwanda194@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right!
